Definitely give this recipe a try you’re gonna love it. —Ingredients— 1 cup sugar 2 tablespoons lemon zest 3 eggs 1 cup Greek yogurt 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lemon extract 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 and 1/2 cups flour —Glaze— 2 cups powdered sugar 3 tablespoons lemon juice 3 tablespoons heavy cream 1. Preheat your oven to 350° 2. In a large mixing bowl mix together sugar, lemon zest and rub both together until fragrant. 3. Next add in the eggs, oil, yogurt and mix for about a minute. 4. Next add in the lemon juice, lemon extract, vanilla extract and mix again. 5. Lastly add in the flour and baking powder mix until you have a smooth batter. 6. Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Once it comes out of the oven let the loaf cool down for about 10 minutes. 7. Next make the glaze by combining together the powdered sugar, lemon juice and heavy cream until smooth. 8.
