I used to eat 1200 calories doing Michelle bridges……I can’t do that now but fear eating more than that when I do try and stay in a calorie deficit

Also the bigger you are the more calories you need, I’m 260lbs and 5’6 and I’m on a 1800 cal deficit and have lost 30kg

isn't required calories calculation kinda guessing / voodoo? 🤔 Fasting (eating nothing) is the only way to be 100% in a XXXX cal deficit, imho.
