So if the only requirement to diagnosis T2D is a high A1C, why isn't it reversed when the A1C is lowered? What IS diabetes in that case?

I’m type 2 and no it does not go away. I have to eat low carb if I don’t my sugar goes out of control! I’m on 15 mg Mounjaro.
