People need to feel valuable like their life has purpose worth and meaning and hundreds of years ago we could find purpose in worthiness just by building good shelter.  But today capitalism says everything that makes you a good human must be paid for in cash meaning that your job replaces all. And the first true layer of the pyramid that you can control them directly is acceptance into society. And Social Media makes that so brutal Find Value in the little things. And a social media tip : stop engaging in content through the lens of your identity. You are being played.  Everyone’s trying to trap you trick you bait you get you to engage get you to buy get you to share , they are trying to pull the most visceral primal levers in your body. Guard your peace of mind.
