@jeanbeanstudio: 🌟Durian Strudel🌟 Best thing about making our own dessert at home is that we can adjust the sweetness ourselves and also use real ingredients! Ingredient list: [Make about 20 finger sized strudels] -1 durian of your choice (I use Udang Merah, just cingcai beli kat roadside je) -250ml whip cream (best to put in freezer for 15 minutes before use) -half cup custard powder -350ml milk -1 tbsp icing sugar (you can add 1 more tbsp for normal sweetness level) -frozen puff pastry of your choice -1 egg yolk as egg wash -sugar for topping (I recommend brown sugar) . 👩🏻🍳Bake at 180 degree Celsius, 10 - 15 minutes, add another 5 minutes at 200 degree Celsius to burn the sugar. 🔥you can opt to airfry with the same time and degree Celsius same as baking too! ⚠️let the pastry cool down before halving and squeezing the creams as hot pastry will make the cream melt. ❄️best to enjoy it cold/refrigerated . Blend whip cream+durian flesh at maximum 70 seconds, more than that will result in cream separation. .
