@lenkalenx: do both exercises on one leg; rest; then both on the other leg. I usually only do supersets if im short on time (this day), or its the very end of my workout and im super setting some accesory work that doesn’t involve too much recovery time. with this superset you have a lengthened postion movement with a shortened position movement, and you are also hitting stabilizer muscles such as glute medius due to the single leg stability required🔥. #fitok #GymTok #glutes #glutesuperset #gluteworkout #gymmotivation #gymtips
