My elbow would dislocate all the time when I was a kid. Once it did it when my Granny gave me a hug. She felt awful.

When I was little I broke my forearm and my wrist on the same arm now my wrist get cramps once in awhile

You need to not feel bad. After it happens once, it can pop out easily a second time. They grow out of it.

Happened with my daughter too when she was young. Dr said always pick them up under the armpits or around the waist only

My daughter had this. As they were doing the X-ray they rotated her arm and it popped back. Immediately better and we didn’t even need the results 😂

this happened to my son. the dr told me if it happened again, I could pop it back myself. there are YouTube videos on how to do it. it's super simple
