As a person from Florida, I think there’s a difference between whatever those little box things ppl up north use & actual central air conditioning

Yeah I still don’t buy it. I live in a very warm climate my AC and fans are never off. I don’t get sick any more or less than when I lived elsewhere.

An A/C with a cold humidifier. And it’s fine. It’s not the cold it’s the dryness. I have a humidifier running non stop in the summer here in France

When it’s above a certain temp, your home will be so hot it produces moisture and creates mold. AC helps. With global temps increasing, AC necessary
