It’s not the ac soecifically, but dry air. Cooling the air removes humidity. So if you have an AC, it is recommended, although almost no one in the US

Yeah I still don’t buy it. I live in a very warm climate my AC and fans are never off. I don’t get sick any more or less than when I lived elsewhere.

When it’s above a certain temp, your home will be so hot it produces moisture and creates mold. AC helps. With global temps increasing, AC necessary
