It's a good recipe, just don't put oil in the marinade, it will close the pores o lf the tofu and stop the marinade from seeping in

If you put the disposable wooden chopsticks on the cutting board it will act as a knife stop so you don’t cut all the way through

Please excuse my extreme ignorance on this, I did not grow up in a culture were tofu is commonly consumer. Why isn’t all/most tofu pre-pressed?

word of warning that parchment paper can catch fire in the air frier (happened to me once!) i recommend foil :)
