Season the chicken * Toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. 2. Cook the chicken * Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. * Cook the chicken for 8–10 minutes until browned and cooked through. 3. Make the glaze * Lower the heat. * Add butter, garlic, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, lime zest, and chili flakes. * Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken, about 2–3 minutes. 4. Assemble * Spoon cooked rice into serving bowls. * Top with the glazed chicken. * Sprinkle generously with feta cheese and chopped cilantro. * Garnish with a lime wedge. * Spoon any remaining sauce from the pan over the rice.
