This is not accurate at all, especially for baking. Just spray non stick spray (or oil) on the spoon before measuring the sticky ingredient.

It’s not a perfect way to measure out the sticky ingredients because the back side of the measuring tool has a lager radius the the intended side

That's definitely a way to do it but you can also line the inside of the measuring spoon with vegetable oil or olive oil,
