Just because you go to the gym 5 days a week and “eat healthy” doesn’t mean you are going to LOOK like you go to the gym 5 days/ week. I remember I used to workout 6 days per week for 1.5-2 hours, and week after week, nothing changed. I was so frustrated and thought I had hit my “genetic ceiling”, but the truth was I just wasn’t training or eating properly.
