@christianpetracca_5: Creamy beef rigatoni 🍝 Ingredients 1/2 half onion 3 cloves of garlic 500g beef mince 700g passata 1/4 cup cream 1 tsp oregano 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Method Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat.  Add the onion and cook for 1 minute, then add garlic. Stir to combine Add the mince and fry until browned. season with salt, black pepper and oregano Add cream and stir to combine. Add Parmesan cheese. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Once cooked, add pasta to pan and stir through. #pasta
