@sagephillipshome: DIY COFFEE TABLE TUTORIAL You’ll need— (x3) 2” x 10” x 8’ cedar lumber Cut into— •(x3) 47” planks the for the top •(x8) 15” pieces for the legs Steps— •Wood glue the (x3) 47” planks together and secure with 24” Galvanized straps to make the top of the table. •Make 4 pairs of legs by wood gluing (x2) 15” pieces together. •Wood glue the legs to the table and secure with Galvanized straps. •Distress the wood to your liking! •Sand starting with a 60 grit, then 100 grit and finish with a 120 grit. •Stain using a brush for the first coat. I used Behr’s White Wash Pickling •Stain using a rag for the second coat. I used Behr’s Early American. I used the rag method for the second coat so I could really rub off the stain.
