I have only made it with this brand(emborg) before as they have the wooden ring you can use to keep it all together (you will have to remove the staples) Use any ingredients you wish, bake at 180c for 10-15 minutes, you want the cheese gooey and soft! Right now my mindset around food is simply to fuel my body around my workouts to make sure my energy levels are up ❌I’ve cut out all processed foods, no alcohol, no cheat meals 🔥Im sitting at 2700 calories, 203g Protein, 83g Fat, 285g Carbs Meal 1: 4 hard boiled eggs, 3 turkey bacon, 2 English muffin Meal 2: 200g Rice, 200g Extra Lean Ground Turkey (ill throw on taco sauce or greek yogurt) Meal 3: 4 Extra Lean Ground Turkey Wraps (sub sour cream for 0fat greek yogurt) Meal 4: Depending on the day, EITHER Protein Cream of Rice or Protein ice cream in the ninja Creami Any “snacks” that I usually have will be fruits (apples, kiwi, watermelon, pineapple etc) Protein bars are treated as an “emergency snack” IF needed, if im on the road and need quick protein Im keeping water at 4L daily and hitting 10K steps everyday while working out 5x per week Its important to enjoy the journey rather than stressing out.
