@_angelikarose: Kinder cheesecakes Ingredients: -95g arrowroot biscuits (crushed) -60g butter (melted) -225g cream cheese (room temperature) -30g caster sugar -1 tsp vanilla extract -40g Greek yogurt -1x egg (room temperature) -50g finely chopped or melted kinder chocolate for mixture -100g melted kinder chocolate for topping -Kinder beuno bar for topping (optional) Method: -Preheat oven to 160C. -Crush biscuits in a blender or food processor. (If you don’t have a blender or food processor a ziplock bag and rolling pin works great too!) -Pour crushed biscuits into a bowl and add in melted butter. Mix with a spoon or spatula until butter has evenly coated the biscuits. -Evenly distribute the biscuit mixture between 8 muffin liners (I used silicon ones) and place in fridge. -Add cream cheese, caster sugar, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract and chopped/melted kinder chocolate to a blender/food processor and blend until smooth. (Can use a whisk instead if you don’t have a blender/food processor) -Evenly distribute cheesecake mixture into the muffin liners. -Bake at 160C for 20 minutes. -Once cheesecakes have cooled, melt kinder chocolate and spread on top of the cheesecakes. -Top with a piece of kinder beuno (optional) -Store in the fridge.
