Toms maternity pads inside the adult nappies for the first few days. Just change the pad & don’t go thru so many nappies ☺️

Interesting - I hated the adult nappies and loved the TOM maternity pads 🤷🏼♀️. No need for the peri bottle post c section

Adult nappies 100% I had a caesarean so it was great to be able to rip them off at the sides. The less bending the better 👍

Peri bottle for sure post c section. I found it so hard to pee after the c section and catheter so the warm water definitely helped

You definitely don’t need the perri bottle for a c-section! One of the major up sides 😂
