They are right now my landlord gave me 90days he says he need to do repair because the apartment is hazardous… I’ve been living here for 8yrs begging to fix things when I tell you it’s small things like bathroom paint keep chipping off.. holes to be covered and my ceiling need to be sanded and repainted.. I’m like wow
