It is ran by Tussauds. Merlin Entertainments bought Madame Tussaud’s and they run it and own it. And have ruined it compared to when Tussauds did own

The dungeon is also super haunted , was there in 2007 and witnessed someone pass out and get carried out, apparently this happens a lot
