@easyrecipeswithsumi: Easy Garlic Paaye The easiest Paaye Recipe for you guys. This doesn’t contain any Tomato & Onion. Ingredients: -Mutton/Beef Paaye 6-8 -Siri ( optional) -Garlic 500g ( pealed) -Spices: 1.5 tsp Red Chili Powder, Corriander powder 1tbsp, 1 tsp Turmeric , 2 tbsp Sabut Garam Masala ( Cinnamon sticks, Cloves, whole black pepper corn, green cardamom, black cardamom, cumin) , 1tbsp Corriander seeds , salt to taste. •Oil 1/4 cup Method: 1. Add 3 glasses of water, Paaye, Garlic & all the mentioned spices in a wok or pressure cooker. Let it cook until 80% done. 2. If the water evaporates add oil and fry for few minutes. You may add more red chili or spices at this step. If you still have water/stock in it , seperate it from Paaye and then fry and add spices. Then add the paaye stock and more water. Let it slow cook until done and oil seperates. The gravy should be a little sticky. 3. Sprinkle All spices powder, fresh corriander & ginger on top before serving.
