Cube up your pork chops, season with your favorite bbq rub and throw them on the griddle. We’ll also add diced onion, peas, carrots and day old rice. For the sauce: ¼ cup @sparklingice Orange Mango ¼ cup brown sugar ¼ cup ketchup 2 tbsp hot sauce 2 tbsp worchestire sauce 1 tbsp bbq seasoning Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes and add to everything on the griddle.
