There aren’t any prices going down tho. It’s SUPPOSED to be like $200k-$300k but the builders are pocketing the difference

still price gouging. my team and I looked at this in GA & it could cost between $40-60/sqft to build a 3D printer house. 2500 would be $150K not $500K
