Pregame Backwards Warmup Routine✅ 🚨DISCLAIMER🚨 First things first before I say anything, I want to make sure YOU understand that is very important that you don’t mess/joke around during any of these exercises. The reason for this is because since doing things backwards is not the natural way of human doing things, it requires that you pay close attention to what you are doing & focus up. Failing to do so can cause pain and/or even serious injuries, BE CAREFUL‼️ With that being said this is a perfect routine for players to keep expanding there movements & getting used to the different types of movements on the playing field, This routine is important because not only does it help with getting your body used to doing things is not accustomed to… ✅But it also helps unfreeze/work on any muscles that you might not have stretched/worked on in a while Also, helps your balance tremendously.
