I’m just on a 2nd lot of antibiotics for 7 days this time as only had a 3 day one before as soon as I stopped the 3 day one the next day it was back😏

There is a probiotic called Merlak it is from AOK nutrition they are based in dublin and have an online shop. I haven’t had a UTI since taking it! ☺️

I feel for u I used to get them a lot but I take a cranberry tablet everyday and have increased my water intake that seems to keep them at bay

Please try potassium citrate solution (in a brown medicine bottle). You can get it at a pharmacy - it always works wonders for me and I get them often
