A Delicious lunch or a great side for a BBQ. Your going to want to doable this up and make two plates…it’s hard to share! What you need to make one plate: * 1-2 Sweet Peaches, cut into wedges * 1 ball of good quality Buffalo Mozzarella, torn into pieces * 80g Parma Ham, torn into pieces * Basil leaves to garnish Herbed Citrus Honey Dressing * 2-3 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil * 1/2 a Lemon Freshly Squeezed * 2 Teaspoons of Honey * A small bunch of Basil chopped * Salt What to do: - Layer Parma Ham, then peaches and top with torn mozzarella. - Liberally drizzle over all the dressing and top with basil leaves. - Enjoy! #fyp #foryoupage #EasyRecipes #summerrecipes #saladrecipe #salad
