@crazykoreancooking: Preparing for my parent’s first Mexican food experience. Used recipes from @Stella ‘n Spice 🌶 and @Isabel Eats Since mom & dad like steaks, I’m starting them with an easy entry menu, carne asada tacos with onions, cilantro, cotija cheese. Also made some spicy shrimp as well. Home fried tortilla chips with guacamole and pico de gallo. Elote with sweet corn, mayo, butter, cotija cheese and Tajin. Then finish with margaritas. The only regret is I tried to make corn tortillas from scratch but it wasn’t turning out as thin as I like. Maybe because I don’t have a tortilla press or need more water in the dough but I ran out time as it was getting pretty late. So had to use premade ones. Next time I will introduce them to homemade tortilla as well. Really hoping mom and dad will like this. #carneasada #tacos #elote #mexicanfood #picodegallo #guacamole
