the white stuff is gummy with air in it, so it has a fluffier texture similar to marshmallow. It's usually the same flavor, just different texture!

The white stuff depends on the gummy. Sometimes it’s just white colored gummy, sometimes it’s cream flavor, and sometimes marshmallow.
