Indonesian’s Sate Ayam recipe: Marinade 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs 8 cloves garlic 4 medium size shallots 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon each: chicken bouillon, white pepper, paprika, ground coriander, cumin 2 tablespoons oil 1/3 cup sweet soy sauce (kecap manis) Place ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
