I have these. They kind of work. But they also slide around and the horizontal dividers get out of place

NOOOO! Do not get these. The Utensils slide underneath and lift the dividers and its a mess to fix back to normal

Good concept, but it’s still not perfect. There should be more slots for the inserts so you have more flexibility about where to place the inserts
