Chicken Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp olive oil. Sear chicken in a pan on both sides. Remove from pan and add slices of buffalo mozzarella or any mozzarella preferred. Bake at 375 until chicken is cooked throughly and cheese is melted.
