Soo depending on the severity of gum disease you can’t “reverse it” if you’re in the stage of gum disease called gingivitis, that is reversible.

Brush 2-3x daily, floss 1x daily. If your gums bleed when you floss, floss 2x daily until the bleeding stops. Then move to 1x daily. 👌
