I use salt, pepper and a taco seasoning pack. Assemble taco Flour tortilla Add meat And shredded cheese ..I used Monterey Jack To a small bowl at 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of water, mix it to create a smooth paste. Put the water/ flour mixture around the edges of the tortilla( in a circle ) and crimp close with a fork. Fry in oil of choice for 1-2 minutes on each side..
