Positive is Leverage of property value & it doubling over 7-10 years & no capital gains tax on retirement. Pay it off from employer contributions 👍

you can set up a bare trust deed for $900 and a smsf for $830? interest rate is very close to outside of super. 20% deposit is standard anyway?

Yes!! This is so spot on. Why have a SMSF when u can just pay 1% or so to have all the work done for u and done right without risk of non compliance.

The key is not to have a loan inside your SMSF. Works a treat when the market has high interest rates and high yields
