I have about 30 half-pints of jam made up in my cellar right now, and it is so nice to be able to restock the preserves that we used up over winter. We tend to go through a lot of jam and jelly throughout the school year from packing lunches 🤗 The one thing about jam, though, is that it tends to all look the same after a few months of storage.
