I was unit manager in LTC so I know just what you mean. I had to work a cart for weeks and tried to do my mgmt job too. Couldn’t be done.

Yes it is soooooo hard. Nursing leadership is a very tough task. Especially if you care about your team and patients! 💜 hang in there!

Me as ADON/MDS/Infection Preventionist at a LTC facility for the last 3 years. I worked or took call 24/7. Just went back to the hospital!
