They're a great source of protein & fibre and so easy to make! • 1 can butter beans • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp paprika • 1/4 tsp chilli powder • 1/4 tsp black pepper Preheat your oven to 180C/160C fan/350F. Darin and rinse your beans, then spread on a kitchen towel and gently pat them dry. Make sure they’re completely dry - if they're still damp they won’t crisp up in the oven. Add the olive oil to a bowl and mix in the spices. Fold in the beans until evenly coated. Transfer onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread out evenly.
