You can’t get rid of it unfortunately but as you get older it does fade. You’ll also learn to be awake in your dream and talk yourself through it.

I get this too once in awhile but in phases.. it usually starts if I take a nap. I try to avoid napping now😂

I had sleep paralysis so bad when I was pregnant that I was so scared to go to sleep I was going nuts. I still have it every once in a while.
