@dj.klein: 🤯 OMG WHAT?! “The Manager” is a steep rock roll on Upper Duffman @Whistler Blackcomb . Elo (12) had studied it in previous years, but had always been closed - we heard out of safety concerns. Well it was OPEN yesterday and he rolled straight in without even looking - what?! I snagged this video on his second time through - it had rained and the rock was a bit wet, so less braking traction. You can see just how steep it is! His technique is awesome, charging to press the front wheel down the rock - elbows up, body over the stem, head looking up. But still, his rear wheel still loses contact with the ground - it would be easy to endo here!
