Former HVAC tech here: I'd have to be right there to be sure, but it sounds like bad bearings in the outdoor fan motor. That motor needs replacement.

Bearings on the fan motor are probably shot. If it’s an older unit it’s probably time to upgrade.

I know this pain… I have snow birds that are only here during the winter and their system is loud AF, and with SPD I can’t wear ear plugs & sleep 🤬

Mine does this and it’s louder when it gets colder out . When it’s 20 degrees it’s so loud I can’t sleep I can hear the vibration .
