One thing people don’t realize is that when you get locs it’s still your hair. If you have diff curl patterns all over it’ll result in variations -1

I have 254 micros and the only thing I wish I would’ve did is start them as braids to stop shrinkage and consider the cost for my reties 😅😅

I combed out sisterlocs and medium sized locs with fine 4c hair. Remember, if you're patient is not permanent!

I have fine, high density hair. Large braids and twists make me look boneless. I think locs would be the same.

I’m just seeing this about 8 mo of being Loc’d and I HATE how thin my locs look after a retwist because they are so thin! I have “smedium” parts. Recommended by the loctician and “oh they’ll swell” no…ima comb em out and go smaller lol I definitely have low density hair.
