@aaron.maternowski: Pre workout Roll up IB: @ChefRush 🎥: @Sean Kennedy Who doesn’t like a good preworkout rice krispy treat?! Mix in some @Bloom Nutrition pre workout and you’ll have a crazy day in the gym. Ingredients: - 5 cups fruity pebbles - 4 T unsalted butter - 10 oz marshmallow - 1 tsp vanilla - Pinch of salt - Fresh strawberries Protein chocolate spread - 2 cups toasted hazel nuts - 2 scoops chocolate whey protein - 2 T cocoa powder - Water as needed Directions: Chocolate Spread: 1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor til creamy, add water as needed Roll up 1. Melt butter in pot over medium heat 2. Add marshmallows to the pot and stir til melted 3. Cut the heat and add salt/vanilla and stir 4. Add cereal to the pot and mix til evenly covered with marshmallow 5. Transfer everything in the pot to baking mat and do your best to make a rectangle 6. Use a rolling pin to gently flatten 7. Add chocolate spread and layer with fresh fruit 8. Roll it up and pour chocolate spread over the top. 9. Cut evenly and store in fridge 10. ENJOY #BloomPartner
