@bryanexhaust: Part 2. This facility was cleaned just days before my visit. Everything visible was cleaned and it looks ok. The lateral ducts in the ceiling were not cleaned, and when you look down the verticals from the roof you can still see grease at the bottom. Why not clean the entire system? What was cleaned looks ok, why not keep going and finish the job?
