My dad got them in YYC about 10-12 years ago. He says overall not worth it. Wouldn’t really recommend.

The panels degrade over time like batteries so you’ll have to replace them probably in 20 years. Oh and you have to fork the entire cost upfront.

Funny the sealant should be like a sheet of SBS (or something compatible to roof) that is self healing and not a sealant, under a shingle at the top
