I had to do this replacement on my 300 drained coolant and poured new coolant into the tank now it is leaking slightly and I can’t seem to find where it’s coming from 😭😭😭

always test before fitting, had 2 new broken thermostats, lucky I tested them, had to take the intake off for making room to replace it

This is why you test it before installing by boiling water And placing it in the water to see if it opens and then in cold water to see it close
