@join_jules: Part two of #joinjulescherryweek & we HAD to make a Cherry Amaretto Sour! Normal build of an amaretto sour but we are adding cherry juice (blend 1 cup cherries with 1 cup water, blend & strain) and we are using cherry syrup and of course garnishing with our brandied cherries! What do you think? Let’s make it at home: 1.5 oz amaretto 3/4 oz bourbon 3/4 oz lemon juice 3/4 oz cherry juice 1/2 oz cherry syrup (see previous recipe) 1 egg white Garnish: brandied cherries (see previous recipe) Add to a cocktail shaker and dry shake Add 1 large cube and handful of ice and shake again Strain into your favorite glass & garnish with your cocktail cherries!
