@debbiescakesbakes: Its been a while since I posted a Start to Finish cake. I have been recording, just haven’t found the time to edit them together. So there are lots to come 🙂. Watch me make this Sage green, 70th birthday cake. I just love this colour just now ☺️. There is a little bit of cake prep with making the spheres in advance. They are polystyrene balls coated in chocolate. I would suggest making these a day or two beforehand if you are new to tempering chocolate, that way if it's not been done correctly, you can rectify the situation easily, without the added stress. No one wants to see bloomed chocolate. Do you freeze your balls when they are covered? When trying to add mine they smudged quite a bit I refrigerated mine x
