Nothing I did technically on this wave was right! Haha I was out that morning testing a design by @hpbodyboards so it was a completely new board, new specs and design. This was my first wave, and I completely drew the wrong line from the start, you can see on the footage where I try correct my line to get to the bottom, but the rock boil pushes me back, and forces me into the wrong line again! I think if I’m honest, the only thing right I did on this wave was survive!! Haha it’s good to look back on it and see where I went wrong, and learn. Shark island is such a difficult wave to get right, and on this particular one, I didn’t but I definitely enjoyed every second of it and learned my lesson!
