@mariannas_pantry: Chocolate protein yogurt parfaits. Perfect breakfast meal prep when you’re sick of overnight oats. Makes 5 parfaits (I have 3 pictured because I ate the other 2, oops) Ingredients 3 3/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt 5 servings chocolate whey protein isolate 1 tbsp cacao powder (optional) 5 cups chopped strawberries 1/4 cup powdered peanut butter + water to thin Optional toppings: hemp seeds and cacao nibs Instructions: 1. To a large bowl mix together Greek yogurt and whey protein, along with cacao powder if using. 2. Evenly distribute yogurt amongst 5 jars and top with chopped strawberries. Mix together peanut butter powder with water in a small bowl, adding water 1 tbsp at a time until you reach your desired consistency, drizzle on top of strawberries.
