Easy thing is to go directly to the MassHealth office! The people that answer the phones are usually temps I was told. They help me every time!

It should be easy! You can do it online via Mass health connector. No phone calls at all.

MassHealth did the same to me😥. I do case mgmt/recovery coaching if u need any help it is very stressful! u may have to pay out of pocket 🙏

the best thing about the shot is you can go weeks late an be ok no withdrawals. call the number it's actually a quicker process. don't feed negatively
