Weekday night hearty mea perfect for autumn nights - Jacket Potatoes done the right way. My jacket potatoes are topped@with butter, grated cheese, served with baked beans, tuna fish and coleslaw. This is how we like it. What’s your favourite topping? Wash and prick your potatoes, rub in olive and sprinkle with salt. Wrap in foil and place in oil alternatively place in air fryer and use the bake function for 25 minutes until well done. Tuna fish side: Tinned tuna fish (I use flake with oil), mayonnaise , sweetcorn, black pepper, salt, spring onions. Coleslaw: Grated Carrot, mayonnaise, sliced cabbage sliced onion, black pepper, salt, single cream Baked beans: I usually heat my beans in pan adding red chilli flakes, salt and black pepper. To serve: split the potatoes, add knob of butter, cover with shredded cheese and all the sides of your choice.
